Main Responsibilities:

  • Hiring process, selection and onboarding – training
  • Hard skills management – production
  • People development activities – soft skills – special iniciatives participation
  • Managing on-the-job-training activies – production transfer to Slovakia
  • Employer branding plans and activities management
  • HR reporting and KPI calculations – follow-up
  • Involvement in key HR issues
  • Participation in internal communication activities

Education and Knowledge:

  • University education – management, HR, psychology, sociology, business administration
  • Driver‘s license
  • English – fluent – written and oral
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Social media skills
  • Advanced Excel user

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven work experience in HR – min. 4 years
  • Experience in the industrial/production sector (blue-collar workers)
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Experience with HR matrices
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
  • Proactive approach and problem solving skills
