Ice Makers

Commercial ice makers provide a constant supply of cubed or crushed ice for restaurants, bars, or the food processing industry. They consist of a freezing unit in the upper part of the machine and a big container below to store produced ice at a constant temperature. The machines are directly connected to the local water supply. Higher air and water temperatures will impact the ice production. Therefore, the compressors of such machines must be powerful enough to compensate for the environmental conditions and changes.

Secop offers a selection of energy-efficient yet powerful compressors with a a cooling capacity range between 80 W and 900 W to fit the respective demands of the ice machines. Our fixed-speed compressors such as the S-, N- and D-Series are fitted with special components to optimize the energy efficiency and are resistant against liquid intake during the harvesting cycles.
