Immunization for All is Humanly Possible – 25.04.2025 World Immunization Week

World Immunization Week, 24-30 April 2025

Under the banner, ‘Immunization for All is Humanly Possible’, World Immunization Week 2025 aims to ensure even more children, adolescents, adults – and their communities – are protected against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Secop supports immunization campaigns and continues to develop innovative solutions for the storage and transportation of next-generation vaccines, ensuring that vaccines can be safely delivered even to remote areas and under extreme conditions.

Vaccines are one of humanity’s greatest achievements. Over the last 50 years, essential vaccines have saved at least 154 million lives. That’s 6 lives a minute, every day, for five decades. In these 50 years, vaccination accounts for 40% of the improvement in infant survival, and more children now live to see their first birthday and beyond than at any other time in human history. Measles vaccine alone accounts for 60% of those lives saved.

Secop's Sustainable Medical Cooling Solutions

Ultra-Low Temperature Active Mobile Medical Cooling Technology

Transport and Storage of mRNA-based COVID-19 and Ebola Vaccines

Battery-driven active cooling systems for mRNA-based vaccines provide many advantages compared to existing passive cooling (dry ice) transport boxes. Active systems offer temperature control, do not need huge quantities of dry ice, are re-usable, do not waste tons of CO2, and prevent vaccine wastage. They are suitable for any distribution point, including in remote areas where the availability of CO2 cannot be guaranteed or ambient conditions are too severe.

Solar Direct Drive (SDD) System

Tailored for Vaccine Refrigerators

Secop's solar direct drive and weak grid power management system It was specifically developed for applications operating with solar panels or in unstable and weak AC grids. The new SDD Power Management Module features a wide range AC input, to allow world-wide usage and is optimized for DC for widely diffused PV panels up to 72 cells for effective installations. The PV input features a MPPT algorithm that optimizes the compressors speeds to the available sunlight to gain the most cooling from the available PV energy.
