More Displacement, Maximum Performance, First-Class Robustness
The new NLE Plus refrigeration compressor series from Secop is available in displacements of 11, 13, 14, and 15 cm³. It expands the N-Series with models featuring displacements of 14 and 15 cm³.
Designed to provide a compact, powerful, and efficient solution, these compressors are optimized for R290 (propane), ensuring high energy efficiency, sustainability, and first-class robustness
Ideal for food service and food retail applications, such as supermarket refrigerators/freezers, stainless steel refrigerators/freezers, double glass door merchandizers, and more, NLE Plus compressors deliver exceptional performance across various operating conditions:
- Low Back Pressure (LBP): Evaporating temperatures from -40°C to -5°C,
with a cooling capacity of approx. 775 W (NLE15LNDX @ ASHRAE LBP). - Medium Back Pressure (MBP): Evaporating temperatures from -25°C to +7.5°C,
with a cooling capacity of 1137 W (NLE13MNDX @ASHRAE MBP).
These compressors are engineered for top-tier efficiency and durability, featuring:
- A patented hermetic plug for enhanced Fusite® protection and extended lifespan.
- Newly integrated electrical components (start equipment) for easy installation,
including an integrated relay, start and run capacitor, PTC, and NTC,
which help reduce peak currents and voltage spikes. - Improved robustness for liquid return
- Increased stability during defrosting by hot gas
- Improved noise/vibration reduction compared to similar products
NLE Plus compressors are suitable for the applications designed following the new IEC approvals (60335-2-89:2022) for HC refrigerant charges from 150 g to 500 g in commercial refrigeration systems.
