Secop, formerly Danfoss Compressors

A Newcomer with 70 Years of Experience

Formerly known as Danfoss Compressors, Secop is one of the founding fathers of modern compressor technology with experience that goes back to the beginning of the 1950s. The book "Compressors Business – An Industrial Heritage" tells Danfoss Compressors' history from 1950 to 2008 (with the kind permission of Danfoss).

Lectures from the 1970s

Former Technical Literature

This technical literature, written by the Danfoss Compressor Application team in the 1970s, was considered influential literature of the time.

Its development and publication involved Gunnar Sørensen, Gustav-Adolf Johansson, and Poul Adam Bachmann, amongst others, and clearly shows our experience and leadership in the industry.

These four lectures were used to train staff, fitters, and customers alike, by both universities and vocational schools.

Having now just digitized these lectures in celebration of our 60th anniversary, this is the first time ever that it is available online.
