This year, as we celebrate a significant milestone – the production of our one-millionth BD Nano compressor and the 15th anniversary of our brand – I want to reflect on one of the key factors that has driven Secop's success: our unwavering commitment to our customers. Our CEO, Jan Ehlers, released a statement today emphasizing this point and highlighting the critical role played by our global customer service teams.

Cinthia Debatin from our Atlanta team (Secop US), for instance, spoke about the importance of building trust and offering well-founded, reasonable solutions. This proactive and respectful approach is a cornerstone of our service model.

The CEO also praised the work of our team in at Secop Slovakia. Eliska Lastikova highlighted the importance of understanding cultural nuances and advocating for each customer's unique needs, while Lenka Stredova emphasized the team's deep knowledge of customer portfolios to provide customized and timely support. Their combined efforts ensure we not only meet but anticipate customer needs.

In Tianjin (Secop China), the teams are also setting a high standard. Huang Congna (Linda) shared a compelling example of her team's dedication, overcoming time zone differences to help a European customer successfully navigate complex customs issues. Similarly, Liu Xiaofeng (Jenny) demonstrated incredible coordination and proactive communication to help a client win a critical bid.

Our managers are key to fostering this culture of excellence. Linda Teleki from Secop Slovakia shared her team's process of meticulous questioning and problem-solving, which is a perfect example of our commitment to finding the best possible solutions for every challenge. And Yao Jia (Joanna) in Tianjin beautifully articulated how her team acts as a vital bridge between Secop and our customers, striving to deliver a professional, efficient, and considerate experience every single time.
